We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.

Do you offer returns or exchanges on planners?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened planners in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or dated planners that have been written in cannot be returned.

What paper weight is used in your planners?

We use premium 120gsm bleed-resistant paper in all our planners to ensure a smooth writing experience with minimal ghosting, even when using fountain pens or markers.

Are your planner covers made of genuine leather?

We offer a variety of materials including high-quality vegan leather (PU) and durable book-cloth. Each product description specifies the exact material used for that specific collection.

What payment methods do you accept?
